Processing of your Order

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: Orders are reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. An additional 5 to 10 business days for salon cut and/or color services and/or cap enhancement services may be required.

Q: What happens if my item is not in stock?

A: If your item is not in stock you will be notified by phone or email . You will have the option of choosing an alternative in-stock wig, or waiting to receive your order. An estimated delivery time will be provided. Payment is then processed to reserve your piece(s). You may choose to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

Q: Do you offer expedited processing?

A: No, we do not offer expedited processing.

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

A: We offer Free Canada Shipping, Canada Standard Shipping, Canada Express Shipping, Canada Next Business Day Shipping, International Standard shipping, and International Express shipping.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping charges are calculated before checkout.

  • Free Canada Shipping: Orders totaling $300 or more qualify for free shipping anywhere in Canada.
  • Canada Standard Shipping: Usually delivered within 4 to 5 business days from ship date.
  • Canada Express Shipping: Usually delivered within 1 to 4 business days from ship date.
  • Canada Next Business Day Shipping: Usually delivered on the next business day from ship date.
  • International Standard shipping: Usually delivered within 5 to 14 business days from shipping.
  • International Express shipping: Usually delivered with 2 to 5 business days from shipping.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipping, we will use the shipping method selected with your order.

International Shipping

Q: What are the additional costs for international shipping?

A: International customers are responsible for all additional delivery costs including any duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by local customs for any delivery outside of Canada.

Q: What is the delivery time for international orders?

A: International delivery time does not include any delays due to customs or other clearance procedures.

Delivery Confirmation

Q: How will I know when my order has been shipped?

A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Q: Who is responsible for my order once it has been shipped?

A: Bimz Hair shall deliver the products to the purchaser using the shipping method selected at checkout. Once delivery confirmation (electronic or otherwise) is received from the assigned carrier, Bimz Hair is deemed to have fulfilled its obligation, and the terms of sale are deemed to be completed.
